Who I Am
Developer. Designer. Facilitator. Problem Solver.
The Japanese concept of Kaizen is an approach that relies on continuous improvement to achieve desired results. Similarly, ongoing, incremental steps are a core pillar of my personal philosophy. I don’t have all the answers, but for every project, activity or problem there is an opportunity to learn and grow. I practice this mindset when I coach, when I develop a website or tool, or when I manage a team to deliver a solution. This philosophy keeps me open to learning, helps cultivate my skillset, and deliver on success.
